Does healthy fast food exist?

Healthy fast food is a difficult thing to come by. It was meant to be quick, easy and convenient, but not necessarily healthy. That doesn't mean its impossible to find, but it is hard to come by and might be expensive. When eating fast food, always look for fresh ingredients. A lot of restaurants make their food at one site and ship it to another to be reheated and served. This takes a lot of preservatives and salt to keep. Try staying away from fried foods. Most fast food establishments fry their food which does taste good but is horrible for your health. Eating at a local place, in most cases, is healthier since they don't ship all their ingredients cross country. For the most part they usually make everything on site. Also keep in mind that even if something is healthy and fresh, it might not be compatible with your weight loss diet. You can gain weight, even from healthy foods.
